Necklace, Brooch, Ring and Bracelet from the collection Sea Creature.

This work represents a marine animal. The collection includes an adjustable necklace, a detachable brooch, a ring and a bracelet. Each and every part is exclusively made of sterling silver. The length of the necklace is adjustable in three lengths, and the lower portion of the necklace is a removable pin.

To make this work, the main source of inspiration has been nature; specifically human and animal bodies such as suckers and spines of an octopus.

To develop the movement and manipulation of the pieces , a research was done on the spine. The mechanics of the clasp was taken from the notion of a screw and bolt, allows for the adjustment of the desired length of the necklace.

This set depicts all my efforts to uncover the hidden beauty that surrounds us while maintaining the simplicity and harmony.
